To duplicate a note (whether it's a Notebook, Board, Document, or PDF), first navigate to the folder containing the note. Regardless of whether your notes are displayed in a grid or list view, you have two methods to proceed from this main view:
Using Long-press:
- Press and hold the note you want to duplicate until the edit menu appears.
- Duplicate:
- Apple: tap Duplicate.
- Android: tap the three dots in the toolbar, then tap Duplicate.
- Windows: tap the three dots in the toolbar, then tap Duplicate.
Using the More menu:
- Tap the three dots at the top right to open the "More" menu.
- Select the note.
- Duplicate:
- Apple: tap Duplicate at the bottom of the screen.
- Android: tap the three dots in the toolbar, then tap Duplicate.
- Windows: tap the three dots in the toolbar, then tap Duplicate.
The duplicated note will retain the original name, with a sequential number appended each time it is duplicated. You can rename it by following this guide: How to name and rename your notes.
⚠️ Note that you cannot duplicate multiple notes at once.
