Refunds

If you would like to tell us why Nebo does not suit your needs, we would very much like to hear from you.

MyScript plays no part in the transaction process and at no time do we have access to your payment details. A refund can only be provided via your respective app store which is the sole license vendor for the app. If you would like to request a refund you will, therefore, need to contact your app store directly. Please note that each app store's refund policies determine the conditions under which refunds are provided. You can find details of these policies and how to request a refund below:
