To ensure your security, we do not handle sensitive information such as credit card numbers or store IDs. Refunds are exclusively managed by the app store where you made your purchase.
These app stores are the authorized distributors of our app and the only entities with access to your purchase information. If you wish to request a refund, you’ll need to contact the support team of your app store directly.
