Reinstalling Nebo and implications of deleting the app

At times, you may encounter issues with Nebo; be mindful of the following important points: 


- Before deleting or reinstalling Nebo, always remember to create a backup or sync of your notes.

- We do not retain copies or backups of your notes, if you delete the app, there is a risk of losing your valuable notes, and we may be unable to assist without a backup or sync. 

- The SSO or MyScript account does not serve as a repository for your notes, It is your responsibility to create secure copies of your notes and store them in a safe location. 

- If Nebo is not functioning as expected, avoid reinstalling or deleting it. Instead, please contact our support team by Submitting a support ticket
